The nation’s most-decorated collegiate yearbook is the Royal Purple, which has been chronicling the stories of Kansas State every year since 1909. It has received more All-American ratings than any of its peers, and has won dozens of Gold Crown awards from the Columbia Scholastic Press Association.

The Linda Puntney Royal Purple Marketing Excellence Scholarship recipient will be hired as the 2026-2027 Royal Purple yearbook staff’s Marketing Manager. This scholarship is aimed at sophomores, juniors and seniors for the 2026-2027 academic year.

This includes a $3,500 scholarship awarded at the beginning of the school year and a $3,500 marketing budget to be distributed between August 2026 and May 2027.

The Marketing Manager will oversee all marketing, promotional and selling efforts for the Royal Purple.
