Mexican Street Corn

You can either grill or steam the corn. Then, brush with melted butter. Mix the sauce in a small bowl. Coat the sauce to the corn. Enjoy!

Sauce Ingredients:
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tsp chili powder or tajin
2 tbsp lime juice
1/2 cup Mexican cheese

Main ingredients:
5 corn 🌽
2 tbsp melted butter

Brush the cooked corn with melted butter. Brush with the mixed sauce. Garnish with fresh cilantro. Enjoy!
