Our Story
My name is Jeff Pederson, owner of Pedal Down Promotions. Over the past 26 years, I have worked as a sports correspondent at the Sheboygan Press, sports writer and editor at the Chilton Times-Journal and as the editor of The Sheboygan Falls News.
I have enjoyed writing articles about a wide variety of people, places and things and the response to these articles have been overwhelmingly positive.
One of the most successful and rewarding aspects of my newspaper reporting career has been the articles I have written on local businesses.
These business profiles have been met with overwhelmingly positive responses and have worked to connect businesses with new customers who may have not known the business even existed.
The key to these articles has been presenting the business in a personal way. Describing the background of the business owner and possibly even the managers and employees works to give the business a personality and human factor that works to form a connection with potential customers.
