Hard Hats On Belgrade is in full swing. The event runs until 7p.m. tonight. Bring the kids down to visit the Bookmobile and face painting booth. Stop down and play in the giant sandbox, and take some photos with all the heavy equipment used in the construction on Belgrade Avenue in North Mankato.
