Frustrated with the traffic around town? Maddened by the fact that 6 to 8 cars eastbound on 290 can safely make a left turn into a shopping center (Manor Crossing) while the major intersection of two state hiways (290 and 973) only allows maybe 3 cars on 973 to cross at a time?
