Hailing from the East Coast, she embarked on her academic journey at the prestigious University of Massachusetts. Here, she not only pursued her education but excelled with honors in Economics and Political Economy, a testament to her intellectual prowess

and dedication to her studies. Simultaneously, Judy also gained practical experience as a paralegal at the Massachusetts Legal Aid Society, focusing on housing and consumer law. Post-graduation, Judy delved into the corporate world, taking on the role of a business forecaster. She collaborated with Fortune 100 companies, crafting economic models and conducting financial analyses here. This role showcased her analytical skills and her ability to work with industry giants. Driven by her passion for understanding property values, Judy also obtained a certified Real Property Appraiser's license and a certificate in Principles of Taxation and Administration. With her solid foundation in economics and business forecasting, Judy took on a pivotal role in supervising the Assessment and Affordable Housing Divisions for the City of Boston. In this capacity, she oversaw residential, commercial, and personal property departments, gaining valuable insights into municipal operations and community development. Never one to limit herself, Judy's love for the outdoors led her to become a partner in Hyde Sails, eventually purchasing the company. Hyde Sails specializes in custom sails and equipment for sailboats, showcasing Judy's entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to quality craftsmanship. Upon relocating to Manteca, Judy wasted no time immersing herself in community service. She regularly attended City Council meetings, eventually earning a role as a Manteca Planning Commissioner. Today, she is the Planning Commission Chairperson, leveraging her expertise to guide strategic planning and development initiatives. Beyond her professional achievements, Judy is an active member of the Manteca Rotary Club. She enjoys engaging in various outdoor activities like sailing, dog training, camping, and cherishing moments with her family. Her dedication to public service, diverse skill set, and community involvement make Judy a formidable candidate ready to serve and lead effectively. Heads up! 🚧

Starting December 9th, 2024, westbound traffic on Atherton Drive between Airport Way and Hearthsong Drive will be rerouted to Woodward Avenue. Expect minor delays in traffic and commute times, so please plan your route accordingly. The repaving project is expected to be completed by December 13th, 2024! 🚦

I want to thank the hundred of neighbors I met over the past few months, and the thousands who voted for me. It's been the experience of a lifetime getting to know so many of my fellow Mantecans. While the final results did not turn out as I had hoped, I plan to stay involved in helping our city grow and thrive.

🚧 Plan ahead for a night closure of the eastbound State Route 120 Connector ramp to northbound State Route 99. 🚧

The closure will be 10 p.m.-5 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 13, and Thursday, Nov. 14. Here’s the detour for eastbound State Route 120 traffic to northbound State Route 99:

• From eastbound SR 120, take the southbound SR 99 exit and follow the signs to southbound SR 99.
• Take the Austin Road exit.
• Left on Moffat Boulevard.
• Left on Austin Road.
• Left on the northbound SR 99 on-ramp and merge safely onto SR 99.

Here are the results as of Wednesday morning. There still are a large number of ballots to be counted, and the final result is days away.

I would like to say a huge THANK YOU to all of the voters of our city who supported me And I am so proud of our campaign and all the efforts of our team, volunteers, and supporters.

I love this Community! No matter the final result, I’m grateful and humbled by the support I received, and I know that Manteca will continue to grow and thrive.

🌟 Feeling incredibly honored to have attended the Chief's Ball this past weekend! 🚔

I am proud to support the amazing Healthy Rooms Project presented by our police Chief Stephen Schuler, in hopes of creating safe and healthy spaces for our youth!

I also want to say a special thank you to our police Chief Schluer and his wife Thaera Schluer for including me in such a successful event! It’s a privilege to run for City Council in such an amazing town.
