And one of the rawest moments of that “being seen” is when the camera comes out.
I’ve discovered there’s something deeply vulnerable about standing in front of a lens and allowing yourself to be captured in your fullest expression. Suddenly, it’s not just about building a business anymore. The camera becomes a mirror—reflecting who you are, what you stand for, and the vision you’re creating.
That can feel incredibly uncomfortable and scary. It forces you to peel back layers of perfectionism, comparison, and fear of judgment.
That’s why my creative sessions are so much more than a photoshoot. They’re a sacred ritual to celebrate your journey and how far you’ve come. We create visual evidence of your evolution. We honor the version of you who now has the courage to be seen, to take up space, and to be remembered.
This is my favorite kind of work: guiding my clients through this process until the camera no longer feels overwhelming, but instead feels like an invitation to step into their fullest self.
Because when you let yourself be seen—when you embrace the lens instead of hiding from it—you unlock freedom, fulfillment, and the ripple effect of inspiring others along the way.
This past weekend, I had the privilege of seeing this come to life at Amanda’s Beyond the 9 to 5 Retreat in Winter Park, Colorado. I was invited to teach, capture, and create with every attendee.
