it’s the scale you see in just almost all of my videos… I’ve had it for three years, used it for every bake, every farmers market prep, and still use it to this day

Tess brought this recipe into my life and I will be thanking her all summer long 😂🖤

6 ingredients, no bake, and I could not stop eating this… the puff pastries, the ice cream cones, all of it….

BITES OF HEAVEN

INGREDIENTS:

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 block softened cream cheese
• 1 small tub Cool Whip
• ½ cup powdered sugar
• 1 tbsp vanilla
• 1 bag frozen mixed berries (defrosted, drained, large pieces cut down)
• premade puff pastries

METHOD:
1️⃣ Let frozen berries sit out about an hour to defrost, then drain in a strainer and cut down any big chunks
2️⃣ Whip cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla together until smooth
3️⃣ Fold in Cool Whip and berries
4️⃣ Cover and freeze 30 minutes
5️⃣ Scoop into puff pastries… do your best….
6️⃣ Refrigerate at least 1 hour before eating… if you can.

Iykyk….I somehow went from two bowl scrapers down to ONE and I was actually stressed about it…

so when I found a pack of 7 for basically nothing I obviously bought two packs.
I use these constantly and typically don’t “look for it” until I immediately need it, so having multiples around is a win for my anxiety 🙃

They’re one of those tools that once you use it, you cant function without it 🖤

stretch and fold vs coil fold vs slap and fold… does it actually matter? 🤍
spoiler: it doesn’t….they all do the same thing… build structure and create tension on the surface of your dough.
how you get there is completely up to you. i do shakin’ slaps because they’re more fun for me, and that’s really all the reason you need. do whatever works for you 🤷‍♀️….

you guys know I love bagels… so a cream cheese series felt like a no brainer 😂🖤

I’m not usually an espresso flavor person but this one absolutely surprised me… it tastes like sweet espresso folded into cream cheese and it is so good. one of my favorites in the series so far and but..... there are many more coming

ESPRESSO CREAM CHEESE

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 pack softened cream cheese
• 2 tbsp warm (not hot) espresso
• 3 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 tbsp powdered sugar

METHOD:
1️⃣ Whisk espresso with sugars and vanilla until dissolved

2️⃣ Pour over cream cheese and blend with an immersion blender until smooth

3️⃣ Refrigerate and enjoy 🖤

Here’s part 2!

EVERYTHING CREAM CHEESE LOAF

INGREDIENTS:
• 325g water
• 100g starter
• 485g flour
• 10g salt
• 25g everything seasoning
• 40g frozen cream cheese (cubed or shredded)

METHOD:
1️⃣ Mix water and starter, add flour, salt and everything seasoning. Mix until shaggy, cover and rest 1 hour.
2️⃣ Stretch and fold, rest 30 minutes. Repeat 3 rounds total.
3️⃣ Bulk ferment until bubbly and jiggly like jello.
4️⃣ Shape into a triangle, layer in frozen cream cheese as you fold and roll into a log. Pinch ends closed.
5️⃣ Place in floured banneton, cover and cold proof overnight.
6️⃣ Preheat oven to 450°F with dutch oven inside.
7️⃣ Pull from fridge, place on floured parchment, score 1 inch deep.
8️⃣ Add ice cube for steam, bake covered 35 minutes, uncovered 10 more.
9️⃣ Internal temp 200°F. Cool at least 1 hour before slicing 🖤
