So my wife and I decided to do this year. So to start I'm Greg, cofounder of G And M Design, with my amazing wife Meredith . Since then we've added a mini us to the mix named Hazel.

I started wood working, around 8 years ago with a circular saw and power drill making pallet wood planters. I found woodworking during a pretty hard time in my life when I wasn't in such a good place mentally and needed a creative outlet. Woodworking has turned into an almost unhealthy at times obsession of mine. But I love it, I wish I had found it sooner. After my wife and I got together we decided to move forward with turning it into a business. We produce both fine furniture, CNC work, and laser work. I wouldn't be where i am today without her constant encouragement and support.

Woodworking really is my calling I found later in life I believe, the creation process and turning raw lumber into something beautiful gives me such an amazing euphoric feeling. For anyone thinking of trying it out I suggest doing it!

Last minute changes to the And .

I sat looking at my submission last night and realized it needed something, so I followed suggestions from and added in a copper inlay, maple feet to raise it up, and an area to help center your cup when adjusting the height. Just a few modifications 🤣
