My Daily Nutrition Supplements

Starting off the morning with:
1 Scoop Total Beets in 8oz water
1 Scoop of Power Greens and 1 dropper of Biotin/Collagen in 8oz water. I use this mixture to take my Fish Oil Pill
Mushroom Supplement 3x weekly
Workout
Protein/Creatine mixed with 8-10 oz Skim Milk
CoQ10 nearing the end of the day

This morning I ran into technical difficulty I had some kind of issue with my google account, the one I had been using for my YouTube, and somehow my account is locked and there’s no way to recover it. Don’t ask me how I did it, something about moving brand channels to and from a google account. Anyway it really bummed me out because over the last year that was the channel I had seen success with and the one I personally grew myself. Anyway, it was a bummer, and I now have to rely on my building my backup channel from the ground up. So if you guys get a chance please subscribe, it would help me out a lot.
