3/31/2021 I have received my second Moderna virus vaccination and am now considered fully immunized. From the latest testing, that means that because of the high efficacy of the vaccine (95%) not only am I highly unlikely to contract the virus, but I am also highly unlikely to be able to spread it as well. I am safe around you and you are safe around me.
As a country we still have not reached herd immunity, but it is anticipated that we will get there some time this summer or early fall, depending on the actions of our governor and any federal workplace mandates.
I still request that when you show up for an in-person session that you wear a mask; however I have relaxed the rules to allow you to be in the control room with me, seated at an acceptable social distance (the couch).
Normal studio rates apply for in-person sessions. Remote sessions are still available at the reduced rate of $40/hour. Keep in mind that this rate applies only to time spent in a video chat session with me. If you authorize me to do work on the project on my own time, standard studio rates will apply.

The song was started from our remote video chats where we worked out the arrangement and created the tracks. When I was able to safely open the studio for in-person sessions, Tony came in and recorded the vocal and bacground vocals. He also created the video himself. Super job, Tony!

I reconnected with the very talented Jesse Owen Astin earlier this week. Jesse recorded with me way back when he was a teenager. He played guitar and sang, and he wrote in a style that defied boundaries.
He was in LA for many years and developed as a songwriter, artist, and producer. Now he's back in Atlanta and continues to grow with his own music and as one of the in-house producers for Jan Smith, the nationally known vocal coach.
