The Carlin Company is proud to announce it has been honored with two Telly Awards for 2025. Both awards were given for the opening of our new show, The Soaring 70’s. A Silver was given for Craft – Use of Animation and the Bronze for Craft – Motion Graphics and Design. These are the 11th, and 12th awards the Telly competition has bestowed on our company competing with more than 13,000 production companies globally. THE CARLIN COMPANY would like to announce the selection of two very talented audio-visual companies to compliment ongoing and new business. One is located on the mid-Atlantic and the other is strategically centered in the mid-west to accommodate clients west of the Mississippi. Our current business model targets modest and mid-level corporate conferences, associations, agencies of the US government, and charity non-profits from $5,000.00 to $300,000.00. Since our founding in 1982, our single focus has been quality creative and expert production. Companies change and grow over time as we have. When meetings cancelled during 9/11, and budgets shrank after the housing crisis in 2008, we continued thanks to an amazing group of clients and industry friends. We were also one of those very fortunate companies who was showered with work because we were blessed to remain open during COVID thanks to our endearing client relationships. We had an amazing concert at the Maryland Theatre in Hagerstown on Friday along with a great crowd in a spectacular venue celebrating a giant in American music, NEIL DIAMOND. My heartfelt thanks to The Gold Diamond Band for their extraordinary musicianship and command of the show. I remain their grateful best fan. We recently hosted a lovely family from Virginia and wanted you to see what they said about their stay at Kingsbay Mansion.

This is an amazing gem of a stay! It's conveniently located a short drive from some of the area's best sites and the property and house are incredible. The hosts are the best part however, David and Jerry are warm, interesting, and gracious hosts. Each room has been tastefully decorated with attention to detail and the hosts' passion for wonderful decor and hospitality is evident. They cooked unbelievable breakfasts for us, went out of their way to show us the property and welcome us, and they engaged in great conversation. We got to hear amazing stories from their many adventures and were even treated to a beautiful, private concert. The house has a library, lounges, an amazing pool, incredible views, an incredible garden, and the beds are so comfortable! I highly recommend this place. It's rare to want to revisit a hotel because of how welcoming the hosts are, but that is the reason I will be back to this place.
