1️⃣ Japanese A5 Wagyu – Napakalambot, buttery, at punô ng marbling. Kadalasan, ito ang pinakamahal sa listahan! 💰

2️⃣ Tomahawk Steak – Makapal na ribeye na may mahabang buto. Juicy, malasa, at talagang pang-impressive ang presentation! 🦴

5 bagay na dapat gawin kapag regular lang ang income:

1️⃣ Gumawa at sundin ang budget.
2️⃣ Bayaran ang utang na mataas ang interest.
3️⃣ Mag-ipon ng emergency fund—kahit paunti-unti.
4️⃣ Humanap ng dagdag na pagkakakitaan.
5️⃣ Bawasan ang luho at mamili nang matalino.

Kapag tumataas ang dolyar, mas nagmamahal ang imported na langis, pagkain, gamot, at iba pang produkto. Tumataas din ang gastos sa transportasyon at negosyo—kaya sumasabay ang presyo ng bilihin.

Kung hindi tumataas ang sahod mo, hindi sapat ang puro tipid—kailangan ding palakihin ang income.

🇵🇭🇺🇸 5 Things Filipino Teachers Should Know Before Teaching in America.

1️⃣ Classroom management is very different.

You cannot expect students to behave the same way Filipino students do. You need clear rules, consistent consequences, and plenty of patience.

2️⃣ Your salary is not your take-home pay.

Taxes, retirement contributions, insurance, rent, transportation, and other expenses can take a large part of your paycheck. Don’t be impressed by the salary until you calculate what remains.

3️⃣ Teaching involves much more than delivering lessons.

Expect meetings, documentation, parent communication, evaluations, accommodations, behavior reports, and other responsibilities outside the classroom.

4️⃣ Homesickness and culture shock are real.

Starting over without your family and support system can be emotionally exhausting. Build friendships, ask for help, and protect your mental health.

5️⃣ Understand your contract and visa conditions.

Know your salary schedule, insurance coverage, resignation rules, program dates, and visa restrictions. Never sign documents you do not fully understand and always keep an emergency fund.

Teaching in America can create wonderful opportunities, but it is not easy money. Come prepared not only financially, but mentally and emotionally.
