The tropics is obviously a big weather story today on social media. Gabrielle is moving across the open Atlantic, Humberto is slowly getting organized and the red hatched area, designated as INVEST is expected to organize some over the next 24-36 hours.

The posting of deterministic model runs is not a prudent thing to do considering there is uncertainty in where any low level center may form. Yes, there has been a trend toward impacting the Southeast US including the Carolinas early next week but that far from certain at this time.

We will dig more into this as the models get a better hold on where to center this feature.
