Paul Lovisa established Down Right Satellite in 2008 after working for the regional service provider for Dish Network in eastern Iowa. Paul started with them as a technician soon becoming a lead technician and eventually in less than 2 years, becoming the office manager for the Cedar Rapids office. Now on his own he is trying to give customers a better experience by concentrating on the job rather

than the sale. Paul has seen far too often the customer service issues with satellite TV especially with retailers from out of the area. Many retailers simply resell Dish Network and DirecTV then sub-contract the installation to someone in your area.
