Today we remember and honor those who lost their lives in the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001, and the brave first responders and others who sacrificed themselves to save many more people that day.

Our friends and community partners with the Wyandot County Board of Developmental Disabilities and West Central Ohio Network Council of Governments (WESTCON) visited MARCA Industries on Thursday to get film footage for a documentary to highlight National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM).

Peyton, a young man from Wyandot County, works in MARCA’s reMARCAbly Made production studio in Marion, where he is learning how to operate the heat press printing equipment. He was the subject of the video.

Peyton displayed the skills he has learned and participated in an interview with Janel Sanning from WESTCON to talk about what he enjoys about working at reMARCAbly Made and attending day programming at MARCA.

Austin Tuttle, MARCA’s business development manager, also participated in the video shoot and interview. reMARCAbly Made Production Coordinator Joe Schofield was also featured in the video.

We thank Janel from WESTCON and Samantha Lee, Peyton’s service and support administrator at Wyandot County DD, for inviting MARCA to be part of this feature highlighting Peyton and National Disability Employment Awareness Month. We look forward to seeing the finished product.

Our friends Eric, McKayla, and Zach spent part of Thursday honing their skills in the reMARCAbly Made heat press printing production studio at MARCA Industries in Mount Gilead.

Working alongside reMARCAbly Made Production Coordinator Joe Schofield, they printed some new designs that reMARCAbly Made is offering for the Fall season of 2026. Some of these designs may be used on apparel requested by our friends and community partners with Ohio State Parks. Other designs they worked on may be used by businesses and other organizations that place orders.

The reMARCAbly Made production studios in Marion and Mount Gilead provide the folks we serve with great opportunities to learn new skills that they could utilize if they seek employment in the communities where they live.

Our friend Nick received training in how to press buttons on Monday at MARCA Industries in Marion.

reMARCAbly Made Business Development Manager Austin Tuttle and Production Coordinator Joe Schofield explained the process to Nick and advised him throughout the training session. Nick created several buttons during the training. The buttons he made are displayed in this group of photos.

Nick is one of many people served by MARCA Industries who have chosen to receive job training in the reMARCAbly Made production studio.

Joe and Austin and the rest of our reMARCAbly Made team are busy preparing safety vests for the Ohio Department of Natural Resources Division of Parks & Watercraft.

We’re making more than 1,000 vests that will be worn by ODNR volunteers throughout the state of Ohio.
