Closer look at the tornado risk today per the SPC across the Midwest. A 15% tornado risk with double CIG contours (indicates potential for significant to intense tornadoes) has been issued for central IL to NE Indiana. A larger 10% zone encompasses it and extends to NW Ohio and central Missouri. This is where confidence in tornado producing storms is highest. If you find yourself in these areas, have a plan ready incase you come under threat!
