CITY OF MARIONVILLE, MISSOURI

Notice is hereby given that a General Election will be held on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, to elect the following City Officers:

Mayor – 2-Year Term

Alderman of Ward One – 2-Year Term

Alderman of Ward Two – 2-Year Term

Alderman of Ward Three – 2-Year Term

Candidate Filing Period:

Opens: December 9, 2025

Closes: December 30, 2025

Candidates may file for office at:

107 S Central
Marionville, MO

Filing hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Candidates will be listed on the ballot in the order in which they file. Candidates must comply with all prevailing laws concerning eligibility and campaign financing.

All candidates must complete Form 5120, A Candidate’s Affidavit of Tax Payments and Bonding Requirements, and provide a copy to the City Clerk at the time of filing.
Form 5120 is available at City Hall or online at dor.mo.gov/forms.

Candidates must present their driver’s license when filing.

City offices will be closed on December 24 and 25. Offices may also close for inclement weather.
