BLW can be so fun but also…

fear of choking, allergies, etc.
potential belly issues
the mess, the waste…

this is my second time doing baby led weaning and I hadvdto say has made it so much easier— I truly wish I had it the first time around!

dropping food while learning to feed themselves is inevitable but literally catches all of it which makes clean up a breeze and means way less food ends up wasted!

my best advice for making it enjoyable is to be well prepared before you start so any potential issues that pop up are easier to handle.

and DEF buy the prunes— sometimes starting solids can lead to constipation and in our experience, prunes have always helped!
