While State Senator Sue Rezin and her Bff Jed Davis are apathetic to 1/3rd of Davis's district and 2/3rds of Rezin's District, Murri Briel for IL State Representative - 76th District is out there kicking ass and taking names! SHe is working FOR the people! Not just for those that go to her church or school.

Davis can BLOCK me from his page, but He cannot block me from telling the truth. He DOES NOT CARE about YOU! He only cares about those who share his VERY narrow religious beliefs. Which apparently means NO healthcare for the rural parts of District 75.

You all that do not live out here in the sticks, you all think this will not impact you. When they close Ottawa, ALL of the people that live out here are headed your way. Think emergency care takes a LONG time now? Just wait. Hate waiting 3 weeks to see your doctor? It will be MONTHS and then it will not be an MD you see for sure!

Rural Healthcare is in a death spiral because the REPUBLICAN party DO NOT CARE about it. It is not them you see, it is US. And they DO NOT CARE! Never, not once had Rezin or Davis shown up to a meeting about the hospital closures in Ottawa, Streator, Spring Valley, etc. ALL of those patients have to go somewhere - there is only EAST where THEY live. They (Rezin and Davis) cannot see us out here, but we see them!

Voting matters. Here in Marseilles, nothing changes, the population drops, they ALWAYS vote for the Republican and then they blame it on the Democrats when everything goes to s**t. I am not sure how they figure the Democrats are responsible for the failures of a Republican led City.

Or for that fact i look at the County Boards in LaSalle and Grundy County - so inept they cannot do the work of the people, nothing and I mean NOTHING gets done. In Grundy they often do not even have a quorum (no one shows up to the meetings) to vote on anything.

Yet when the budget is off and taxes are raised and nothing gets done, they blame it on Springfield......WTAF! THEY, the Republicans, are in charge of these county boards. When NOTHING gets done, it is on THEM

Here in this graph below, you can see that the Republicans cause inflation and market crashes and recessions, and unrest in the people. A DEMOCRAT gets elected and fixes everything, but the Republicans still blame them for everything wrong in their lives.

Projection? You betcha! Talking to a local farmer the other day about the projections of the local corn crop sales; He kept saying Biden this and Biden that...I finally had to interject "we had stable markets under Biden. The tariffs, that we do not need, were voted in by YOU. YOU voted for this mess. YOU, decided you did not need those low priced farm hands and that YOU wanted market instability. YOU wanted these tariffs".

He blustered and blathered "Pritzker" and i said "Pritzker what? Did He hold your property taxes down on your acreage again this year? Why yes, He DID work with local governments to make sure you were taxed at a much lower rate per acre than the homeowners and small acreage owners in our area. AND Pritzker last time the tariffs were a problem opened new markets, not for US corn and soy, but for ILLINIOS corn and soy. I think you need to pay attention to where you get your information from, because someone has misled you".

Now i know why State Senator Sue Rezin and Rep Jed Davis were always no shows when we were trying to save the hospital in Ottawa - there is no saving it now. People will die from delayed care. It is because they believed this Bill should pass and that we rural folks do not deserve healthcare. They are special those two - so entitled, so privileged. If it is not about them, they are not for it.

Rezin and Davis = ZERO compassion and empathy for Rural people!

I went to the LaSalle County Health Department and got a Measles booster a few weeks ago. I was vaccinated in the mid 1960's in a group that is not considered fully immunized. I will always do everything in my power to not get sick nor spread sickness to others. It was painless and now I have no worries!

The Illinois Department of Public Health said coordinated efforts with health departments across the state helped prevent further spread of the measles outbreak this spring.

When Stan and i were trying to have children...it was very difficult. We looked into IVF, but it was unaffordable for us. Fortunately our tenacious Daughter decided to stick with the process and was born nearly 8 years after her Brother and She was quite a surprise!

Having struggled with fertility and maintaining a pregnancy, I know what this will mean to so many people wanting to start or add to their families. What a HUGE blessing this will be!

No one should be priced out of the treatment and health care that can help them have a baby.

My bill, The Health Coverage for IVF Act, makes sure that families are able to access this essential care.
