PREVIEW DAY for the 2026 Texas Sounds International Country Music Awards Festival! Festivities start at 5:30 on Washington St. at Telegraph Park.

5:30 PM - Parade of International Flags
6:30 PM - Free outdoor concert/jam with international and local musicians at Telegraph Park.

Come downtown for the kickoff of The Olympics of Country Music!

Even the remnants of Hurricane Polo want you to enjoy a free evening of fun in downtown Marshall, so it delayed its appearance.

Come see the MHS JRROTC post the flags of the 44 nations that have completed in Texas Sounds International Country Music Awards Festival around the courthouse, and then stay to meet over two dozen international country music stars and get a chance to hear them sing with the Monday Night Pickers in a jam session at Telegraph Park. Get to know them and take pics with them, and then come cheer them on as they compete in the only All-International Country Music competition, 1-3 October at Memorial City Hall.

They traveled a long way to bring these songs home.

To all of international guests, if you are in town tomorrow night (Monday), you are invited to join the Monday Night Pickers at Telegraph Park (across the square from Memorial City Hall Performance Center) at 6 pm for our weekly jam session.

We'll bring extra guitars and chairs.
