Uber eats legit stole $$ from me.
Long story short..

I placed an order. Restaurant was closed. I contacted customer service, they told me they couldn’t help because it was still ongoing even though the store was closed and didn’t even bother canceling my request for the order.

Fast forward to the next day, I sent out a few messages/claims. Today I decided to contact them again, and basically got a big f*** you, you are not getting your money.

How is this allowed?Ordered from UE, and the driver was taking forever. No communication at all and ended up delivering ...

Ordered from UE, and the driver was taking forever. No communication at all and ended up delivering to a random house on a random street.

There's proof IN APP showing the order was left at a different address and I'm not eligible for a refund?

To top it all off, the driver admitted in the notes submitted with the photo that their GPS wasn't working, so it seems a lot like they knew what they were doing.

This is absolutely outrageous and I am so bothered by this. Still currently fighting for my money back.

I ordered toilet paper together with other items - but my toilet paper hasnt arrived. And they REFUSED TO GIVE ME BACK THE MONEY???

I asked why and they said this is their final decision. I keep texting them but they ended their conversation sessions from their end three times??? Is it now legal for Uber to steal customers money without a shame???

Have we resolved this issue? (package theft)
This happened back in September but still pi**es me off. Our UberEats driver stole a package from our front porch on camera and Uber support did NOTHING to help.
I was told that because the delivery was made, there would be no price adjustment.
I was promised a phone call - never happened. I was encouraged to call the police - on who?? I don’t know the delivery person’s info.
I was told I’m responsible for my order after drop off - my issue isn’t with the order, it’s with the theft of $108 package.
Chat agents didn’t seem to look at previous messages- called the driver a he (it’s very obvious from the pics this was a girl with her ass & ta-tas hanging allllll out) and at one point said they understood my delivery hadn’t been made.
I was told they cannot escalate further than a chat - what about my phone call bi***es???
I was told they’ve done everything possible to resolve my issue & they wouldn’t communicate with me further about it - excuse the frap out of me?!?
Then I was asked how their support was - I’m sure you can guess how that went.

Anyone else had similar experiences? I’ve seen subs for similar services that actually responded to and resolved customer issues. Is UberEats just the low rung on the p**p ladder? Tell me your worst, Reddit!

Did UberEats steal my driver’s tip?
Yesterday I ordered lunch for several of my employees using a company card. The order DID go through, but the card declined. I then added another business card to the account and made sure the payment went through (it did). Later in the day after I got home I saw a message from the Uber Driver, angry because she had gotten a message that said WE reduced her tip.

We did not and would never do that to someone. Additionally, a tip WAS paid according to the receipt and our cc charges. I understand why she is upset, because she got a message explicitly saying we had taken her tip away, so how was she supposed to know otherwise? Regardless, has this happened to anyone else? I hope the lady ends up getting her tip, I feel bad that 1. She thinks we stiffed her 2. I don’t know if she has received it yet, or if she even will.

Driver stole my food😭
I ordered the first order ($157) but the first driver stole my food and I wasn’t aware, but I watched 3 more drivers take this order and felt something suspicious and apparently they gave the food away, so I had to cancel the order and got charged for it ($157), and had to reorder again which was $150.

What should I do, what makes this worse is that I was fasting and my family was excited and waiting for the food when this happened. This legit ruined the mood for everyone.
