300 miles and counting! VERY carefully rode the Uforce 600 for the first 100 miles, then a little longer and faster up to 200 miles. The changed oil to CFMoto full synthetic, plus the oil filter.
One of the advantages of the "utility" style is easy access to the motor, radiator, battery, fuses, etc.
The 600 "Thumper" might be a little louder than the V-twins - but it does everything I want. Adding a layer of Reflectix under and behind the seats helps both engine noise and heat.
Top speed (with stock tires) is 53 MPH on the GPS.
The U600 will loaf along at 5500 RPM or lower at 45 MPH on the endless Central Wisconsin gravel roads.

Perfect timing! I picked up some PURE energy from Embark Maple yesterday at Canoecopia.
Burned through THREE tanks of gas clearing my driveway.

Who Is Nessmuk?

His book, WOODCRAFT, was published in 1884 - which makes it the LONGEST continuously published outdoor book!

George W. Sears was a writer for Forest and Stream magazine in the 1880’s. He used the pen name Nessmuk and wrote the classic, "Woodcraft".

The BIGGEST modification to the ASV Lite motorcycle was new handlebars!

New bars allowed the installation of heated grips and full hand guards. Then I also installed ADV mirrors, USB outlet, a windshield, multiple mounts for GPS and cameras.
