A Summer Solstice with Wildlands Trust

This past summer, I had the pleasure of broadcasting live from the Wildlands Trust Solstice Celebration—a beautiful afternoon surrounded by nature, music, and community spirit. The air was warm, filled with laughter and the sound of acoustic guitars drifting through the trees. Families gathered on the grass.

As we went on the air, the scene couldn’t have been more perfect—folks stopping by to say hello, sharing stories about hiking trails, conservation, and the simple joy of spending time outdoors. The team at Wildlands Trust truly captured what summer in New England is all about: connection, nature, and gratitude for the land we share.

If you’ve never been, check out wildlandstrust.org and keep an eye out for their next celebration—you’ll leave with a full heart and maybe a few new friends.
