SINGLE CAR ACCIDENT AT STANVILLE

Motorist should use caution on U.S. 23 north near the Betsy Layne High School curve as a vehicle has left the roadway and struck the rock cliff. Authorities are arriving to the scene.

A severe thunderstorm warning is in effect until 5:30 p.m. for Floyd, Knott and Pike County.

U.S. 23 CLOSED DUE TO COMMERCIAL VEHICLE ACCIDENT

Northbound lanes of U.S. 23 are blocked at this time as crews work to clear a single-vehicle accident involving a tractor-trailer in Johnson County. Traffic is being re-routed onto KY Route 321 (Old U.S. 23) at Hager Hill until further notice.
