Corey Flournoy brings more than three decades of experience in the agricultural industry and global leadership development. A native of Chicago and graduate of the Chicago High School for Agricultural Sciences, Corey made history in 1994 as the National FFA Organization’s first urban and African American national president. For more than 35 years, Corey has remained deeply connected to FFA and agricultural education, working with numerous state and national officer teams, presenting leadership workshops across the country, and serving as a teacher educator preparing the next generation of agricultural educators. He currently serves as the National FFA’s Executive in Residence for Belonging and Engagement, advancing strategies and initiatives at the national, state, and chapter levels. Through Creative Outreach Consulting, Corey partners with organizations worldwide, including Sony Music Entertainment, Les Mills, Lands’ End, and leading universities and nonprofits, to deliver strategy development, leadership programming, executive coaching, and perspective-driven leadership services.
Lloyd Daley-Graham graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and from Indiana University with a Master of Science in Higher Education and Student Affairs and worked full-time as a student affairs practitioner in higher education (Georgia Southern University & Clemson University) for approximately 12 years. In addition, Lloyd has worked with belonging initiatives for the Indianapolis Public Transportation Corporation (IndyGo) and serves as an instructor for Indiana University’s Leadership Certification Program. In May of 2025, Lloyd joined the National FFA Organization as the Belonging and Engagement Manager, overseeing several initiatives that support state and local FFA leaders, teachers, and students in promoting belonging. Lloyd is passionate about fostering meaningful connections and promoting learning for everyone. On a personal note, Lloyd enjoys playing tennis, has three cats and one dog, and recently adopted his son with his husband, Chris.
Caela Sause is an agriculture instructor at Colonial High School in Orlando, FL. She serves as one of four advisors of the Orlando Colonial FFA Chapter and is the Coordinator of the Colonial High School Animal Science & Services Magnet Program. Caela is in her 17th year of teaching and has served as a mentor educator, on the University of Florida Agriculture Education & Communication Advisory Council, on the FL FFA Board of Directors, and is a longstanding member of both the FL and National Associations of Agriculture Educators. She appreciates preparing students for Career Development Events and has coached state winning teams in the areas of Environmental Science, Food Science, Forestry, Aquaculture, Floriculture, Land Judging, and Vegetable Evaluation. Caela enjoys mentoring fellow educators and is passionate for both the agriculture industry and agriculture education.
Adrian Rivera Morales is a high school Junior who serves as the President of the Orlando Colonial FFA Chapter, Reporter of the Orange County FFA Federation, and is actively involved in the Colonial High School Student Government Association. His Supervised Agriculture Experience projects have included raising breeding ducks and a market goat. Adrian has an interest in plant sciences that he explores through his participation in Career Development Events. He has been a member of a State Champion Forestry team and has placed in the State Nursery & Landscape event. Adrian’s future aspirations are to become an Agriculture Teacher. He pursues his career goals through his participation in the University of Florida Agriculture Education Institute.
Carlie Bossard is an agriculture teacher and FFA advisor at Penn Yan Academy, where she has spent the past seven years building a vibrant, hands-on agricultural education program. With 14 years of teaching experience, she specializes in animal science, ag mechanics, floriculture and experiential learning that connects students directly to the agricultural industry. Carlie is widely known for her leadership in organizing major community and statewide FFA events, mentoring competitive CDE and LDE teams, and empowering students through service, travel, and real-world agricultural projects. Passionate about developing confident young leaders, she brings energy, creativity, and deep agricultural roots to everything she does.
Claire Sandstrom is a senior at Penn Yan Academy and a dedicated leader within the Penn Yan FFA chapter, where she currently serves as vice president. A member of the chapter since her freshman year, Claire has previously contributed her talents as both chapter reporter and secretary. Her bright personality and warm heart shine through, from supporting her fellow FFA members, to engaging with her school and community. Beyond her work in FFA, Claire has gained valuable experience through volunteer service with Scouts and helping community organizations.
