At Donuts with Old Guys, men from every generation came together in intentionally mixed groups to live out what we value: authentic relationships, shared wisdom, and spiritual growth.

They told stories, asked honest questions, and encouraged one another in becoming godly men who lead their families well. They leaned into conversations about financial stewardship. Men exchanged practical advice and personal experiences, bridging generational gaps and modeling the kind of discipleship and community we long to see in our church.

This past weekend, we celebrated God's faithfulness as four individuals shared their stories of transformation and took their next step of faith through baptism. It was a powerful reminder of how God is at work in our church family.

Last Friday night, our church family gathered to honor Pastor Isaac’s ordination. Surrounded by loved ones, family, friends, and mentors, we affirmed his calling to ministry and recognized the spiritual preparation that brought him to this moment.

The evening was filled with laughter, heartfelt words, thoughtful gifts, and in true Isaac fashion, chips, dip, and Topo Chico. It was a meaningful time of encouragement and gratitude for his faithful leadership and service!

GSM Fall Bash was such a blessing! 🍂

It was incredible to see our students come together to celebrate and worship on Sunday night. To make things even more fun, it was costume night! From a bunch of bananas to Iron Man making an appearance, the evening was filled with laughter and great food.

We’re so grateful for a student ministry that continues to grow, connect, and create joy-filled moments.

This past Saturday, our church family gathered for our annual Baptism in the Pond celebration! Sixteen individuals, ranging from age 10 to 65, publicly declared their faith through baptism, each one sharing a powerful story of God’s faithful work in their lives.

It was exciting to witness their obedience and courage as they took this next step in their faith journey!

Summer is wrapping up and we’re kicking off GSM Live this Sunday! All 7th–12th grade students are invited for a night of fun with Archery Tag and Kona Ice. We’ll wrap up the evening by coming together for worship and a message. GSM Live is the perfect opportunity to build friendships and connect with other students!

We’re praying God uses this night to encourage and inspire our students as they head into a new school year. We can’t wait to see you there!

We’re celebrating a special moment!

At this year’s Charis National Conference, Clancy received the Ed Jackson Church Multiplication Award. Ed was a personal mentor to Clancy, making this honor even more meaningful. Through Clancy's leadership, churches like BGC, Urbana, and The Lake have taken root and grown. We’re so thankful for his legacy and all God is doing!

We’re nearing the end of an incredible week at VBS!

From high-energy worship and hands-on crafts to meaningful Bible lessons and moments with friends, our kids have been marveling at Jesus and learning to live for His glory. We’re so thankful for the laughter, learning, and the many ways God is at work in young hearts!

Women's Ministry just wrapped up our 6th full season of Heartfelt and honored the Moms who’ve served faithfully for 5 years! Heartfelt is rooted in Christ, connection, and the beauty of intergenerational relationships. We celebrate the women who’ve invested deeply in mentoring & community across generations.
