We understand that each event has unique needs, so we offer flexible pricing options to meet your requirements. Below is our standard pricing scale, but we are happy to discuss custom packages for longer-term partnerships or larger events.
Basic Event Package (up to 3 hours)
Includes: 2 speakers, basic mixer, 1 microphone
Price: $350
Ideal For: Small acoustic sets, spoken-word events, or background music.
Standard Event Package (up to 5 hours)
Includes: 4 speakers, upgraded mixer, 3 microphones, sound technician on-site
Price: $600
Ideal For: Live bands, medium-sized venues, and DJs.
Premium Event Package (up to 8 hours)
Includes: Full PA system with subwoofers, multi-channel mixer, wireless microphones, sound technician on-site
Price: $950
Ideal For: Large venues, festivals, and full-scale performances.
Custom Packages:
Description: For multi-day events, larger productions, or specialized audio needs, we offer custom quotes based on the event’s scale and requirements. These include special equipment requests or multiple sound zones.
Starting Price: $1,200
Add-ons
Additional sound technician: $100 per hour
Extra speakers: $50 each
Wireless microphone upgrade: $30 per mic
Event recording (audio): $200
Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required upon booking, with the balance due on the day of the event. We offer flexibility in payment plans for long-term contracts or recurring events.
