2 tbsp French dressing
1 tsp yellow mustard
4 tsp sweet pickle relish
1 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp granulated sugar
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp garlic powder
1 pinch salt

2½ cups yellow American cheese
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp olive oil

1 cup iceberg lettuce

2 tsp sesame seeds
⅓ cup Thousand Island dressing
