WE ARE THRILLED TO ANNOUNCE LEMONADE DAY!!! This event offers kids a fantastic opportunity to learn responsibility and earn their own money. Registration packets can be collected after 4pm this Friday at Bayside Chic. Pre-registration is required, and stand locations will be allocated through a lottery system. The registration packet includes rules and guidelines. As a bonus, kids will receive a sling bag with goodies upon registration. THE FOCUS IS HAVING FUN AND LEARNING RESPONSIBILITY while earning their own money. Kids will retain their earnings. Following the event, we will host the LEMMY AWARDS, 💛🍋🍋🍋with judging provided by other area chamber of commerce officers. Winning is not our primary focus, but rather an opportunity for kids to earn money.

PLEASE READ 💃💃💃MATAGORDA & CINCO DE MAYO … WHAT A FUN COMBINATION… We are planning a lively celebration, TO TOP ALL OTHERS So get out those maracas, find a sombrero, and get your Frida look going on. Get out those turtle boxes, decorate those golf carts, and fill the town with your favorite Tejano & Mariachi music blaring!! The Chamber of Commerce is working hard to bring you a great time. Many more details to come. We have kids' activities planned, including 4 age groups to bust piñatas, ga ga ball, and Frito Pies for the kiddos. We ask each business to get in that Cinco de Mayo vibe with libations, music, snacks, and your own games for your customers. PS … I heard one of the donations for the live drawing is a piñata full of small liquor bottles! Keep watching for participants and activities.
