Recipe :
250 grams of cabbage
2 tablespoons butter
1 medium carrot
paprika
4 eggs
Salt
3 tablespoons sour cream or yogurt
3 tablespoons flour
0.5 teaspoon baking powder
Mix well so that there are no lumps.
Fry over low heat.
Mozzarella (optional).
Fry for another 3 minutes.
