Family court abuse awareness month all November!!
Endless abuse: legal, financial, emotional, psychological, mental and social. Endless Malicious prosecution, Endless False allegations, overreach, etc.
prayers for all of us being abused by the system supposed to help and protect us but instead all they do is use us to make money!!

Let’s talk about the overlap because it’s an important conversation. October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. November is Family Court Awareness Month — and they belong side by side.

Leaving an abusive relationship is only the beginning. Family court often becomes the new arena where the control continues….through custody battles, financial abuse, and endless litigation.

This is post separation abuse and it thrives in systems that don’t understand coercive control.

The same survivors we honored in October are the ones we must protect in November.

Awareness means recognizing that leaving was never the end of the story … it was the start of another fight for safety.

It’s been a long time coming, but I strongly encourage everyone who has navigated the challenges of family court to research the remarkable work of Francesca Amato. She is the founder, owner, and driving force behind Punished 4 Protecting Inc., as well as the sole writer, producer, and inventor of the FJAA, also known as the Family Justice in Accountability Act. I highly recommend looking into her initiative and getting in touch with her or supporting her bill, as she strives to push it into law!!!

Hello everyone, I apologize for the delay. I have been preoccupied with extensive research on a daily basis during my free time. My objective is to share as much information as possible to assist individuals in similar situations who are being exploited by the flawed family court system, as well as the entity in Michigan known as the Friend of the Court, which oversees child support and related matters. The practices employed by these entities are unjust and often illegal and unconstitutional; however, without knowledge of this, individuals will certainty be taken advantage of. My intention is to disseminate the information I have acquired regarding this matter. I am not compensated for this endeavor; rather, I undertake it voluntarily, having personally experienced five years of legal abuse, false allegations, and malicious prosecution. My aim is to expose the injustices perpetrated by those who claim to uphold the law, including a specific judge and magistrate who are defendants in my lawsuit. It is evident that the well-being of my minor child has never been a primary concern; instead, the focus has been on exploiting the situation for financial gain, which essentially constitutes legalized extortion. A 2022 study by the American Civil Liberties Union characterized family courts and their affiliates as an extreme extortion racket. I urge everyone to remain vigilant, educate themselves, and approach these situations with confidence and assertiveness. It is essential to recognize that these entities are aware of the injustices they perpetrate and seek to conceal this information from those they exploit.

Too much sick stuff goes on in these systems like “family court” CPS also known as child predator services, Friend of the court (that’s what it’s called in Michigan). I’m not sure about other places, but they deal with the child support end of it). All these agencies work together to remove children from good homes and place them in terrible positions that not only stunts their growth physically but also mentally and emotionally and psychologically, but they don’t care they get paid handsomely from it and as long as they get what their best interest is, which is getting paid. Theyre not gonna care about you or your kids. They really don’t so don’t ever let them tell you that bold face ugly straight from the pit of hell lie that they care about you and they’re trying to help you because they are not. It’s all about a payday for them.
I’ve been dragged needlessly for five years after friend of the court and family court decided to unlawfully and unconstitutionally open a child support case against my son‘s father, who then retaliated against me for thinking that I just wanted money, even though he had moved to Texas or across the state and didn’t have anything to do with us for the first half of my son‘s life he retaliated against me and they bought everything he said, even though there was no valid evidence of abuse of neglect of any type or wrongdoing on my part, no proof of clear and eminent danger, no jury trial, no equal access to Justice, they intentionally blocked my right to be heard and present witnesses and testimony to prove my case. I was held in contempt several times for trying to record the fact that I was being gaslit and manipulated and threatened and coerced and intimidated. I was arrested and jailed once because they paid the cop to say some bogus junk and it was an effort to criminalize me so they could use that as a leg to stand on. They used the school staff against me where my son attended kindergarten and finally on September 19, 2025, removed all rights and custody of my child from me and gave it to the father and then they allowed him to move out of town, across the stare, where I cannot get to because of them, dragging me and harassing me and manipulating me and intimidating me and coercing me through the system for five years, financially draining me, causing harm mentally, physically, emotionally, financially, and socially all so they could have a payday.
It’s sickening 🤮 isn’t it?? They have denied every emotion that I filed. They’ve denied every objection that I filed. They denied everything for me. These “court “actors use what they call the REDBOOK to deny everything no matter what they don’t even read your motions or objections, mist ofvthe time, if they just see the name on it and they don’t like you for whatever reason they’ll just automatically stamp it denied because in that book are pre-signed orders and pre-signed denial and everything. Everything they do is illegal and unconstitutional in that criminal organization ran by criminals for the financial gain of criminals!! They are nithing more than domestic terrorists and criminals.  let’s get it!!
