PS-W Tungsten Bolt Update: We have a new manufacturer on standby, ready to make the bolts, provided we have enough interest. This is the 380 sized 100% tungsten bolt (not the hybrid bolt) that will run in either the M11/NINE or M11A1/380 guns in 9mm. As I stated previously, the previous manufacturer got back to us a couple of months ago with a current quote and it was a lot. I mean A LOT - and we didn't like it at all. We've contacted some other companies and we have one that will make them and they are ready to go. This company sources their tungsten from the Americas. Mostly Canada, but some comes from South America - none of it comes from China. This company will also 100% manufacture them in the USA. These new bolts would be truly American made. This was not the case with the previous bolts and we are proud to say that our PS-W bolts will be made in the USA. At today's pricing we are looking at a retail price of $1225. Like last time, we'll be requiring a 50% non-refundable deposit. I'll be sending emails out this week to those on the wait list to see who is still interested in the bolts at this price. If we can get enough people interested we'll turn them on. So if you are on the wait list, please be on the look out for an email from [email protected] (sometimes my emails end up in the spam folder.) If you'd like to be proactive and shoot me a line of your interest level, that would be great, it'll speed up the process.

Gauging interest in Micro U*i Stocks

We are gauging interest in a stock option for the Micro U*i. See Pictures below. This is a modified version of one of our flagship products the U*i style folding stock that we've made to fit the Micro U*i's. It can attached to the gun one of two ways, the first being to drill two holes into the back plate of the receiver and then attach using the mounting hardware provided or it can be welded on. The pictures below are of our prototype, we parkerized in traditional dark grey parkerizing so that it's easier to see the stock against the black frame. The production stock can optionally be dark parkerized to more closely match the paint of the gun for an additional fee. If you are interested, please contact Practical Solutions at: [email protected] or join the wait list at: https://macmachineguns.com/product/folding-stock-for-the-micro-uzi/ or Read our news post at: https://macmachineguns.com/news/

A customer asked us for help with installing his M11/NINE Semi Auto Fire Control Parts. We created this video for him, but we thought it might be helpful to others, as well. Like, Follow and Enjoy!

For those following the progress of our PS-W Tungsten bolts:

I'm sorry and disappointed to announce this project has stalled, for now. The fabricator of the bolts made us a beautiful sample bolt and I was awaiting current pricing to submit the Purchase Order and they came back to me to say they were unable to make the bolts for us. When I questioned them, the response I received is that they are too busy for a small project such as ours. They said they would be at least 6-8 months out and even then they were doubtful that they would be able to make them for us. We've looked into making the bolts in-house and it's not a realistic option for us. We'd have to re-tool and dedicate one of our machining centers exclusively to these bolts and the learning curve would be very expensive - so that's definitely not our first option. I have reached out to other manufacturers and I'm waiting to hear back from them. We are not yet giving up on this project, but I wanted to let everyone know that it's had a set back that may take some time to sort out.

And this is the nature of the manufacturing business in this post scamdemic era.

Stay tuned....t
