This position is ideal for someone interested in roofing, restoration, insurance claims, and project coordination — with the opportunity to grow into a Project Manager role.

✅ Roofing & restoration experience preferred
✅ Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
✅ Familiar with construction management software
✅ Strong communication & organizational skills
✅ Comfortable working in the field and climbing roofs
✅ Ability to use power tools and assist with minor repairs/adjustments when needed
✅ Hands-on and willing to support the team in the field when applicable
