We are SO excited to host our very first mini wellness event for Chavela’s Casita Foundation! 🥹❤️

This is just the beginning of something very special, and we can’t wait to bring our community together for a morning dedicated to self-care, wellness, healing, and connection. 🌸

And yes… we’re taking care of our participants! 🥰

Spiritual cleansing is a practice of clearing out negative or stagnant energy from your mind, body, and spirit to restore balance and harmony. It’s common across many traditions and modern wellness culture. (Sounds bowls and egg cleansing is key points to Agua Clara’s manifestion sessions 🌿

At its core, it’s about intentional purification — letting go of what no longer serves you, whether that’s stress, self-criticism, or absorbed energy from others. In broader spiritual and wellness spaces, it’s described as cleansing your “energetic field” using Agua Clara’s rituals with elements like water, herbs, smoke, or sound.

Powerful methods to cleanse stagnet energy:
Water-based rituals: salt baths, lemon baths, or pouring salt water over the body with a mantra like “everything that is not mine leaves” to release emotional heaviness.

Smoke or herbs: burning sage, palo santo, or using Florida Water and cascarilla powder to clear a space or aura.( white candle) after with intentions is recommended after .

Focused prayer or affirmation: holding cotton soaked in alcohol while whispering a prayer to release what isn’t yours, or lighting a candle while repeating an affirmation for 7 days. ( candle 🕯️ flames 🔥 tell it all ) !

Home cleansing: wiping doors, mopping with mixtures of Florida Water, basil, cinnamon, and salt while reciting scripture to reset a home’s energy.
( white sage and palo santo ) is always a favorite of mine .

I often present it as a reset, similar to spring cleaning but for your inner world. While practices differ by culture and belief, the shared goal with Agua Clara is creating mental and emotional clarity and peace. ( feminine powerful energy her ancestors instilled in powers to heal and unblock chakras ) 🌿
