Why your internet is working half time and not your billing..for 2 weeks now we have half time internet.. when are you going to have a full time working internet..on palmhurst..? A court would perhaps judge your billling pretty abusive..no?

What speeds do u offer
I have been a customer of COBA for the past 2 years. Several years ago, COBA bought the cable and internet system at Pleasant Valley Resort. The previous operator provided less then internet and cable TV service, It was totally unreliable with numerous down times. Everyone thought COBA would be so much better. They were going to upgrade the system in the park. Minimal has been done to upgraded as far as what customers can see. During the last month, after a winter of slow speeds, I track the system speed and provided COBA the data. Besides being unstable, the system experiences periods of extreme slow download speeds. Regular slow speeds of 2.85 MBps to as low as .85 MBps (which is slow then when we had dial-up connects.
The data I have collected leads to the conclusion that COBA or some one with access to their internet system is "throttling their system during prime time hours, 7pm to 1130pm Sunday through Friday. Saturday nights vary. COBA has provided to explanation for the problem or a solution to correct the problem. If they are "throttling" the speed on the system, it could be only one reason. That reason being to discourage customers from streaming TV via the internet and to use their cable TV systems, which is very basic in channels provided. COBA is currently charging customers in Pleasant Valley Resort for services they have advertise, but can't support.
Has anyone else been experiencing the same problem and the same response from COBA? If so, reply here or call COBA starting Monday, since they don't answer the phone on weekends. We should get the level of service for what we pay for, it's called truth in advertising.

The guide, channel 2, has been off for 3 weeks. Channel 3 off for about a week and the sound in Channel 4 if off. When can we get reliable service?
