Hi Partners,

We've rolled out a new security feature that's now live for you: authenticator app support for two-factor authentication (2FA).

In addition to the existing email OTP, artists can now link an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator or Authy) to generate login codes, rather than relying on email delivery. This gives you a faster and more reliable way to verify their identity.

Customers can set this up yourselves via:

1. Profile icon (bottom left) > Account Settings

2. Two-factor authentication section

3. Authenticator App option > scan the QR code to link

4. Enter the 6-digit OTP code from the Authenticator app into the box below the QR code and click Verify & Enable
