Think Big Go Local, Inc. has a new team member! 💜 Meet Boone, my new little Bernedoodle. He's adding all kinds of joy into my life, but a few important lessons too. Just to name a few...

1) Mornings are so much more productive when you are forced to follow a schedule and get moving early!

2) Achieving goals (today it's potty training) requires constant commitment, being present at all times, and always keeping your mind on the end game!

3) Bringing on a new team member requires a lot of thought to detail if you want to do it right. Considerations such as an adjust time period, setting goals, providing support are all on my mind this week.

At the end of the day it's just a puppy right? Oh no, it's a major committment and his success acclimating to our home and office is entirely based on my behaviors and habits. A bit of a surprise how much this relates to running a business. Oops, going to have to end this post and go grab the ball of yarn he just grabbed and spread across the office... 😂
