This boy turned 8 years old. He was my partner at the sheriffs office and now my partner at home. He definitely hasn’t had any easy life but a lot of people who hear is story would be surprised he’s still hear.

A lot of people don’t realize what I had to do to keep him with me when the sheriffs office tried taking him away from me. He’s my ride or die forever and cherish every moment we have. Happy birthday bubbas

Today is Purple Heart Day, and I want to take a moment to honor all the brave men, women, and K9s who have earned this award through sacrifice and service.

Many of you know K9 Arlo’s story — the night he was shot in the line of duty during a pursuit. That night changed both of our lives forever. Arlo took two bullets and fought like hell to survive. For his bravery, he was awarded the Purple Heart. Thanks to Working Dogs Oregon

But this day isn’t just about Arlo. It’s about every single warrior who’s been wounded in action — those who came home with scars, and those who never made it back. I’ve served alongside some incredible people, and I carry their stories and sacrifices with me every day.

To those who’ve received the Purple Heart — human or K9 — we see you, we honor you, and we remember you.

We haven’t been around much on social media because of Arlos health. Honestly haven’t done much except letting him live the retired life. We’ve been around the social media game for 4 plus years now, even with all the headaches it’s been worth it. I now have 4 plus years of photos and videos of him and everything we’ve done. With that being said, I want a take a moment in giving respect to a bad ass K9 that I got to meet and has recently passed away. K9 Cashmoney, I’m so sorry for your loss and absolutely can’t imagine the pain. He was a rockstar and will forever be remembered. Thank you for sharing him with the world.

Surgery day for Arlo. Dropping off your partner isnt the easiest but know its necessary as his ears are causing issues with his day to day life. It’s been a battle these last few months trying to get his ears fixed up. We have tried everything but it finally came down to going under.

He his with the best team Newaukum Valley Veterinary Services. Will keep you posted on how everything goes.
