➡️ Light way too close to the client’s face.

Your UV light doesn’t need to sit right on top of the lashes—closer ≠ better. In fact, being too close increases unnecessary exposure (and it’s one of the most common issues I notice).

Saying things like “if it’s broke don’t fix it” or “I get good retention with trad glue, so I don’t see the point” is an uneducated opinion. That’s great if you get good retention, I also got great retention from trad glue. I was skeptical about the effects, but my clients come back with more lashes, and more than that I’m actually able to get 100% coverage because they are coming back with more lashes attached. I personally used to get clients coming back every 2 weeks on the dot… now it’s an average, yes AVERAGE of 3.5 weeks. They have healthy lashes. Their lashes aren’t breaking off, and in the long run it’s saving them time and money! Don’t take my word for it! Take all of the countless reviews from people that are actually getting better results!
