The thickest cutting board to date, made from 12/4 Bubinga, Hard Maple, and Walnut will complement the C-17 Wavy Flag nicely. At 18x22.5” and around 28lbs it’s not going anywhere.

When you make 1 handle you might as well make 4, sadly this design won’t work on Kamado Joe grills. Used polymerized tung oil on this for an all weather finish.

One of the coolest flags made to date commissioned by .dfw . This 37” flag Started with 12/4 wood, red stripes out of Bubinga and white stripes from hard to find a single piece of walnut that thick for the union but was able to deliver. The 🇺🇸 logo is made of spectraply on walnut. The C-17 is also from inlayed with a black epoxy border to add definition. bow ties in the back to add rigidity and cool factor. Always finding new uses for sprectraply from especially mounted on walnut. These are currently unfinished and part of a bigger project in the works. These were cut with a 60 degree GrooVee bit from to a flat depth and used a skinny Jenny ballnose for clearance. The smaller piece will be inlayed into a flag, stay tuned.

This wavy Arizona flag and aviator name tape hybrid is made of and . The inlays are over an inch deep to support the relief carve. Each array piece’s grain is aligned around the star to give a unique look. Cut with bits and finished in pure oil from Happy to support AZ ARNG AASF1 for their outgoing commander. a guy who has done it all from WO to O grade, go enjoy your retirement.
