🌟 The Heart Behind Hustle & Heart Estate Sales 🌟

One of the absolute BEST parts of building Hustle and Heart Estate Sales over the past 5 years has been the relationships we’ve built with YOU, our incredible shoppers, treasure hunters, and friends. 💛

So many of you have been coming to our sales week after week, year after year, and this last sale was extra special. I got more hugs than ever (my favorite kind of “payment” 😉) and so many sweet reminders of why we love doing what we do.

The day after the sale, I got messages from two amazing women showing me how they had transformed their finds into something beautiful. At the sale, one of my favorite guys proudly showed me a picture of something he made for his truck using a piece from our last sale. And then, Matt and I got to deliver a bed to one of our favorite customers and see her gorgeous home decorated with estate sale treasures she’s collected from us over the years. 🏡✨

These moments fill my heart and remind me that Hustle and Heart Estate Sales isn’t just about selling things…it’s about connection, community, and giving new life to pieces with a story.

Here’s to many more years of hugs, stories, and happy homes. 💕

“Two kids, two businesses, one marriage… and a whole lot of ‘PIVOT!’ moments.” 🛋️🤣

One of the most asked questions Matt and I get isn’t about antiques or real estate… it’s: ‘What’s it like working with your spouse?’ 🫠

Well… imagine having our 2 youngest kids at home, both in sports, and running an estate sale company and a real estate brokerage together. It’s a delicate dance between business partners and husband/wife, sometimes the lines get a little… blurry. 😅

We’re both used to being ‘the boss’ in our past careers, so figuring out when to lead, when to follow, and when to just let the other person win (even if they’re wrong, cough cough) is an ongoing art form. 🎨

And when it comes to the physical work — clean-outs, heavy lifting, hauling Matt fully expects me to keep up like one of the guys. Good thing I lift weights 💪… although I’m still waiting for my “Princess” exemption card. Honestly, some days feel like that Friends episode where Ross is yelling ‘PIVOT! PIVOT!’ at Rachel and Chandler, except I’m usually the one on the heavy end of the couch. 😂

Do we always get the balance right? Nope. Do we sometimes talk about work when we swore we wouldn’t? Yep. Do we see things differently and debate everything from pricing to which vintage couch is ‘worth it’? Absolutely.

But truthfully? We’re best friends. We laugh a lot, we love what we do, and we wouldn’t want to do this crazy ride with anyone else. ❤️

Day 1 = DONE ✅ and wow… our treasure hunters were in rare form yesterday ! 🛍️💎

We saw bundles so big they needed two hands (and sometimes two people!) to carry out. Bargains were flying, treasures were found, and the thrill of the hunt was alive and well. 🕵️‍♀️✨

Thank you to everyone who came out and made the first day such a blast! Can’t wait to see what today’s bundles look like. 😉

Hey there 👋 We’re so glad you’re here!

With so many new faces following along, we thought this would be the perfect time to reintroduce ourselves. We’re Matt and Kelly Lee — a husband and wife duo and the heart behind Hustle and Heart Estate Sales.

As Realtors, we’ve helped countless families navigate the emotional and logistical process of preparing a loved one’s home for sale. Along the way, we encountered estate sale companies that often fell short — lacking in transparency, communication, compassion, and follow-through. It left us feeling frustrated and, more importantly, left our clients underserved during a deeply sensitive time.

That’s when we realized: this was a gap we were built to fill.

So when one of our clients needed an estate liquidated quickly and no company could step up, Hustle and Heart Estate Sales was born. We combined our backgrounds in real estate, business, and management with everything we wished we had seen from others in the industry — and built what we believe is the most heart-centered, efficient, and results-driven estate sale experience around.

Our mission is simple:
Make estate sales accessible, friendly, and fun — for everyone.
