អត្ថបទមួយនេះគឺខ្ញុំសរសេរជូនទៅកាន់មិត្តអត្តជាតិ នៅថ្ងៃនេះប្រទេសថៃបានល្មើសបទឈប់បាញ់ម្តងទៀតហើយ ដោយថ្ងៃនេះប្រទេសថៃបានធ្វើការបាញ់ប្រហារដោយកាំភ្លើងមកកាន់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ដែលនេះគឺជាការប្រឆាំងទៅលើបទឈប់បាញ់ ក៏ដូចជាមិនទុកមុខ និងមិនគោរពនៅការជួយរកសន្តិភាពរបស់ប្រធានាធិបតី Donald J. Trump និងMalaysiaដែលជាប្រធានប្តូរវេនអាសានផងដែរ។
ក្នុងនាមជាប្រជាពលរដ្ឋកម្ពុជាម្នាក់ ពេលនេះខ្ញុំពិតជាមានអារម្មណ៍ឈឺចាប់ និងភ័យខ្លាចដែលមានប្រទេសជិតខាងដូចជាថៃ ដែលកាចសាហ៊ាវ មិនគោរពច្បាប់និងមិនខ្លាចច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិទាល់តែសោះ ក្នុងនាមជាមនុស្សដែលរស់នៅលើផែនដីមួយនេះដូចគ្នា ខ្ញុំពិតជាស្នើរសុំ ឲ្យអន្តរជាតិចាត់វិធានការអ្វីមួយដើម្បីដោះស្រាយរឿងនេះ បើមិនដូច្នេះទេ នឹងមានប្រទេសជាច្រើនទៀតនឹងយកគំរូតាមថៃ ដោយមិនស្តាប់ និងមិនខ្លាចច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិទៀតឡើយ ពេលនោះពិភពលោកនឹងវឹកវរ សង្ឃឹមថាមិត្តបរទេសនឹងបានឃើញហើយពិចារណា អ្នកធ្វើវាមិនមែនដើម្បីកម្ពុជាទេ គឺធ្វើវាដើម្បីសន្តិភាពពិភពលោក
This article is written by me to my compatriots. Today, Thailand has violated the ceasefire again. Today, Thailand has fired a volley of bullets into Cambodia, which is a violation of the ceasefire and a lack of respect and honor for the support of Donald J. Trump Malaysia.
As a Cambodian citizen, I am now truly pained and scared that we have a neighboring country like Thailand that is so cruel that it does not respect the law and does not fear international law at all. As a person living on this earth, I sincerely request that the international community take action to resolve this matter. Otherwise, many other countries will follow Thailand’s example of not listening to and not fearing international law. Then the world will be in chaos. I hope that foreign friends will see and consider. You are not doing this for Cambodia, you are doing this for world peace
