Congratulations to Our New Officers!

Please join us in welcoming our newest officers, Christian Martin and Keesha Fortune, who graduated from the Cambridge-Northeastern Police Academy today.

As they begin their careers with the Medford Police Department, Officers Martin and Fortune will complete a 12-week field training program, working alongside experienced officers as they transition into serving our community.

The fiscal 2027 budget proposal made by the School Committee is still $2 million off from city estimates. Officials are still trying to figure out how to balance the budget.
