Celebrating 25 Years — and a New Chapter
After 25 incredible years with Schaffer Sound Productions, and more than 18 as our longtime Operations Manager, Chris Romanelli is stepping away from his full-time role with our company as he begins an exciting new chapter in his career.
It’s difficult to put 25 years into a few words. Chris has been an important part of Schaffer Sound for more than two decades, and during that time, he has played a major role in our growth, our success, and, most importantly, our culture.
We could not be prouder to have worked side by side with him for so many years, and we will miss him dearly.
While there is certainly a bittersweet side to seeing someone so close to us move on, we’re genuinely excited for Chris and the opportunities ahead of him. After 25 years, he has earned the opportunity to take on a new challenge, and we couldn’t be happier for him.
And fortunately, this isn’t really goodbye.
Chris will continue to be part of the Schaffer Sound family, working with us in a consulting capacity and continuing to hit the road as a DJ on the weekends. So while his role may be changing, Chris isn’t going very far — and we’re very happy about that.
Chris, thank you for 25 years of loyalty, hard work, friendship, countless events, late nights, challenges, successes, and memories. You have left your mark on Schaffer Sound Productions, our team, our clients, and our family. We would not be where we are today without your contributions!
On behalf of Schaffer Sound Productions, Jon Schaffer, Ken Schaffer and Dave Schaffer, and the entire Schaffer Sound family, thank you, Chris, for 25 incredible years of dedication. We wish you and your family nothing but the very best as you begin this exciting new chapter in your lives, and we look forward to bugging you every day for the next few months, lol!
