7 years ago, I traveled solo around Thailand. I was full of dreams, full of curiosity, and had no idea how much that trip would stay with me.

I remember being in these same places, imagining how beautiful it would be to one day bring my parents here.

And this year, I finally did it.
For their 41st anniversary, I gifted them a trip to Southeast Asia — and of course, I had to bring them to some of my favorite parts of Thailand.
Same beaches, same ocean… but everything felt completely different.

Watching them laugh like kids, seeing their eyes light up at new places, new flavors, new experiences… it moved me in ways I didn’t expect.

The truth is, what started as a gift for them became a gift for me. These memories are ones I’ll carry with me forever.

We don’t talk about this enough — our parents are also living this life for the first time. The only difference is, they did it while working hard to give us a future they never had.

This trip was my way of saying thank you.
And somehow, it gave me even more than I hoped for.

Forever grateful to have my parents alive, healthy, and with a spirit of adventure.

We visited Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia as part of my parents’ 41st anniversary trip, and it completely exceeded our expectations — from breathtaking temples to incredible food, all set in a city that beautifully blends tradition and modern luxury.

We stayed for just 3 nights, but wished we had more time to explore other parts of Malaysia like George Town, Langkawi, and Redang Island. Definitely an excuse to come back!

Hoy celebro 7 años desde que tomé la decisión más arriesgada de mi vida: renunciar a mi trabajo en Ralph Lauren para viajar por el mundo.

Muchos me preguntan, “¿Cómo lo hiciste?” Así que aquí les comparto un poco de mi historia. Desliza las fotos para leer un poco de ella.

Los primeros años no fueron nada fáciles. Tuve que aprender cómo generar ingresos, enfrenté muchas dudas y, en más de una ocasión, me pregunté si debería regresar a la estabilidad del mundo corporativo. Pero si algo aprendí en el camino, es que salir de tu zona de confort es donde realmente comienza el crecimiento.

Viajar me enseñó que la vida está llena de posibilidades, pero solo si te atreves a dar el salto. Hoy, al mirar atrás, no solo celebro los 73 países que he explorado, sino también la vida que decidí construir con intención, esfuerzo y pasión.

Si estás considerando un cambio o perseguir un sueño, quiero recordarte algo: lo que llega fácil, fácil se va. Son los riesgos, los retos y la perseverancia los que te llevan a los destinos más valiosos. Y sí, el miedo estará ahí, pero no dejes que te detenga. Hazlo con miedo, porque es ahí donde empieza la magia.

Atrévete, y quizá descubras un camino mucho más extraordinario de lo que jamás imaginaste.
