🍨 Happy national ice cream day. 🍨

We made this three ingredient high protein , lower sugar ice cream alternative. But it turns out there is 53 grams of sugar in a 1/4 cup of maple syrup. 🤦‍♀️

1 cup cottage cheese (full fat)
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1/3. Cup shelled pistachios

Blend in food processor until smooth
Pour into glass dish and freeze for at least two hours.

☕️ 🍁 Made a maple breve at home today and it turned out ahhh-mazing! ☁️
1. Pulled a double shot of espresso (2.5 oz).
2. Stirred in 2 tablespoons of real maple syrup.
3. Used the Breville milk frother to heat and foam some half & half—our machine has a steam wand, but the Breville gives it a smoother texture for this one.
4. Poured the half & half over the espresso slowly to keep the layers.

Really smooth, lightly sweet, and super easy to make.
