Hard-Boil Those Eggs:
Put eggs in a pot, cover with cold water, and set a 20-minute timer. Bring to a boil, and once they’re done, pop them into an ice bath to cool.
Peel with care!
Make the Grinch Bath
In a bowl, mix water, a few drops of green and yellow food coloring, and 2 tbsp of vinegar. Make sure there’s enough water to cover the whites. This is where the Grinch magic happens!
Prep for the Fun Part:
Slice the eggs in half, carefully pop out the yolks, and set them aside in a bowl. Toss the whites into your Grinch bath and let them soak up that green magic for 20 minutes or more. Go for a deep Grinch green!
Mix the Yolk Magic: Mash the yolks and add a nice dollop of mayo, a sq**rt of horseradish sauce, and a blurb of prepared horseradish. Taste as you go – these should have a Grinchy kick! Scoop it all into a piping bag to make filling easy.Bring it All Together: Once the egg whites are Grinchy green, rinse them gently under cold water and pat dry. Dust with a sprinkle of emerald green edible glitter for sparkle!
Fill and Add Heart: Pipe the spicy yolk mix into each green egg. Add a tiny candy heart to each one for that perfect Grinch touch.Serve it Up, Grinch Style!Arrange these on a tray in a fun holiday shape – tree, wreath, whatever makes you smile!
