🍻📝 Review time! 🍻

Just tried the Friday IPA from Martin House Brewing Company, and it’s definitely a chill-hazed gold in color with a creamy head that sticks around. There were some floaties towards the end, but no biggie.

When it comes to the taste, it starts off with a bready and grassy flavor, with hints of citrus coming through as it warms up. It’s got a cakey and grassy profile with a touch of tangerine up front, followed by a dry finish. As it warms up, you’ll notice a mix of orange, tangerine, and a faint breadiness, with a subtle pineapple note. The finish is slightly dry with tangerine, lime, and a hint of pineapple.

In terms of the body, it’s medium with restrained carbonation, which gives it a nice balance overall.
