I was asked the Question-- "How do we sign on to Momentive pension web site to get your W-2. Seems every year it’s a different site?'

I called the Pension Center and was told--W-2's would not be Online, ONLY mailed; by Feb. 15th. The new number I was given for thee Momentive Pension Center was-- 855-246-4263.

Please Get Engaged in This--We Need This--For Seniors/Retirees-- From NCPSSM

"Lower Drug Costs Act of 2019"

This bill would significantly reduce seniors' drug expenses by empowering Medicare to negotiate directly with drug companies for lower drug prices, currently forbidden under law. In addition, it would tie U.S. drug prices to those paid by other wealthy countries and cap price increases to the rate of inflation. And, among many other important measures, it would include dental, vision and hearing benefits to Medicare, services that aren't currently covered in traditional Medicare.

GE's Bold Move--Pension Plan Freeze & Buyouts--Details

October is already shaping up to be an interesting month for the management team and investors of industrial conglomerate General Electric (GE). A press release issued by the company detailed a three-step plan aimed at shoring up capital and further reducing the company's leverage. This involves freezing the firm's pension plan, which effectively will
short-change some of the company's employees, but the end result, for it as a whole, will be billions of dollars in savings. While it remains to be seen if there will be any additional moves on this front, these initial steps by the firm, though horrible for the affected individuals, should be seen as a boon for shareholders.

During Sambur's tenure as a board member Hexion's "Total Outstanding Debt" peaked around $3.8 billion and never dropped below $3.4 billion, Hexion's Total Outstanding Debt-to-EBITDA ratios ranged from 5.1 in 2010 to a high of 21.9. The high debt levels from this time lingered into Hexion's reorganization period. Hexion stated in its Chapter 11 reorganization first day pleadings: "The Debtor's high leverage and burdensome debt-service have created the current situation. The Debtors are over nine times levered relative to their 2018 segment EB/TOA and face annual debt service in excess of $300 million. As debt service has remained high, liquidity has become a critical issue."
