Just a quick reminder to ALWAYS INSPECT your items UPON RECEIPT as you only have 7 days upon receipt of your item(s) to report any damages or defects (this is stated in your invoice). I received a message yesterday regarding a purchase made back in February that the item was broken. It is already April. I understand life happens and things can get a little bit busy, but I am unable to help if a problem is reported to me 2 months later. I have strict policies that I adhere to, but had always been able to work things out with my customers. Problems reported after over 7 days of receipt of packages WILL NOT BE ACKNOWLEDGED.
